..General Site Rules..
1.) There will be absolutely no verbal abuse to any other member on this site. This includes name-calling, inappropriate language, any racial, nationalistic, sexual, any type of discrimination , so on and so forth. Understand? Good.
2.) You are allowed one character in this site; one account. Why? In my experience, when member’s are allowed to play more than one character, they generally favor one and do not keep their other accounts active.
3.) When you are in a role-play situation, please try to remain literate. One-liners are NOT acceptable and never will be. Any person, if given the opportunity, can write up an intelligible reply or thread starter. As a guideline, try to make it to six sentences in your post. Come on people, it’s not that hard. Remember, this is an advanced role playing site!
4.) You must be in the third person, past tense please, when in a role-play situation. Don’t know what that is? Try to be a problem solver.
5.) I, Tom, am the sole admin of this site. If you have questions, or problems with another member every and all complains, comments, suggestions, ect., go to me. If I am absent for any length of time, Christine ( Loki ) would be the next person in the chain of command. These questions, comments, or concerns should be expressed via PM ( Personal Messaging ).
..Role Play Rules..
1.) Drama is okay, just don’t make an event into a huge ordeal. If little Jimmy’s mother dies, then she dies. If some chick gets pregnant, she gets pregnant. These kind of things happen in the real world, so they should happen in the Role Playing World.
2.) You may not by any means control the thoughts, actions, or emotions of any character but your own. This is known as God Modding (Not to be confused with Global Moderators ) or God Modding and is rarely ever tolerated on any forum let alone the more advanced ones.
3.) Also you are not allowed to create any Mary-Sue's or Gary-Stu's. They are what is referred to, in the fan fiction world, as "The perfect character."
A Mary-sue is usually flawlessly beautiful, she is kind and as sweet as honey. Everyone loves her even her enemies though they don't think they're worthy. Despite being so incredibly kind she can easily insult even the most intelligent of people with her 'scathing' remarks which usually consist of 'Shut up you meany!'
A Gary-Stu is unbelievably handsome. He is a rebel who can break the rules, and back talk all his teachers to the extremes and yet never get punished. He is gifted in all his subjects but he usually doesn't pay attention and yet still swings top grades. He is a loner who trusts no one but is surprisingly dating one of the main female characters.
4.) You must wait till you have been accepted before you start to role play, if you break this rule those threads will be locked. If you continue to RP after this you will get a warning.
